Paying for my order was easy overall. I used my card, it went through on the first try, and the confirmation email came in right away. The page did slow down for a moment, but it wasn’t a big deal. Solid experience — 4 stars from me

The order arrived when it was supposed to, but the item had a small mark on it and the box was a bit squashed. Looks like someone wasn’t exactly careful with it along the way. It’s still usable, so not a total disaster, but it wasn’t great opening it up like that.

I waited a really long time hoping someone would actually get back to me, but I still never got a proper reply or any real help. that’s frustrating, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t bother reaching out again.

The print quality is good actually, and the colours look clear without being blurry. I took one star off because the shirt feels a bit thin, but overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered a couple of bits from loveislandshop.co.uk it was a bit hit and miss. One of the items was nice enough and looked pretty much like the photos, so I was happy with that.
The other one felt thinner than I expected and a bit cheaper in person. The stitching was fine, so I can’t say it was badly made, but it didn’t really feel amazing either. The extra packaging felt a bit unnecessary too.

For the price, it’s okay I suppose, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again unless there was a decent sale on

The shipping cost was way higher than I expected. It felt ridiculous, and I definitely regret not reading the reviews before ordering...

I ordered a few things and ended up needing to send one back. The returns process was fine overall, though figuring it out at first felt like a fun little puzzle I definitely didn’t ask for. The refund took about a week to come through, which wasn’t ideal, but it did get sorted in the end. Not terrible, just could definitely be made a bit clearer and easier

Ordered a couple of bits and, to be fair, the delivery turned up exactly when they said it would. Tracking didn’t act like a useless pile of crap either, which was nice. Only downside was the box looked a bit bashed, like some clown had punted it around the van, but everything inside was fine. I’d use them again...

It fits nice and feels comfy, really comfy, but it is a bit snug on me.

The tracking was useless. It barely updated, so I kept having to guess where my order was or whether it had even shipped. I’ve ordered from other companies where the updates are much clearer and more accurate, so this was frustrating by comparison

I was just trying to order a hoodie, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card details. Every time, it kicked me back to the basket like nothing had happened, which was frustrating enough on its own.

I tried three times before giving up. What made it worse was the whole experience made me feel like I was being talked down to, like the issue was somehow me not doing it right. Annoying for an official shop.

The sizes I wanted were gone, certain colours weren’t available, and I couldn’t find any clear info about when they might come back.

It was frustrating because the items still show up like they’re ready to buy, so you only find out after wasting time checking them. In the end I just gave up and bought from somewhere else.
